Pancakes anyone?...
I love pancakes! Especially the ones filled with different flavours. I have a wonderfully sweet stash of fresh strawberries in my fridge and wanted to incorporate them in my breakfast in a special way. I went into my pantry and saw a box of fluffy pancake mix, and it hit me! What a delicious start to a great day!
Strawberry Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups of pancake mix
1 cup sliced strawberries
Method:
Make the pancake batter according to the given instructions. Add in the sliced strawberries, and make the pancakes.
Serve with strawberry or chocolate syrup.
